Our staff will match you with a therapist who specializes in the challenges you’re facing, and can see you quickly at your preferred location.  To help you feel more at ease, you can also “meet” your provider on our therapists page. Next, you’ll have a session with your therapist, create a plan and schedule follow-up appointments. It often takes 3 to 5 sessions to feel like you’re making progress, so we encourage you to stick with it, despite life’s interruptions.
